How to send sofa covers for dyeing - Collection Request

 

Please make sure your completed order form is in the parcel and your own name and address is shown as the sender on the outside of the parcel.

Email address is helpful to us to communicate with you but its optional. We never share your details. (Must be correct syntax if entered).

Which day shall we collect from tomorrow onwards. Please submit by 1.30pm for a next working day collection. For a Monday collection please submit by 12 noon on Friday .

For larger amounts please call us. Note that in the unlikely event your parcel is lost the insurer will require proof of the value. In the last 15 years and thousands of parcels only one has been lost.

Sending parcels to us - All you have to do is pack your covers in a box:

We offer a collection service which should be simple, efficient and trackable. Please use the form above to arrange a collection or just call us and we will arrange it for you. This service costs £25 each way (UK mainland - for any weight up to 25 kilos in one parcel) which will be added to your bill when the work is complete. For other EU addresses please Contact us. for a quotation. Our courier will collect from the address you specify and they will bring an address label to Blue Mill. This will most likely be between 10 am and 3 pm but could (very rarely) be as early as 8.00 am or as late as 6.00 pm. If you happen to be out when the driver calls he will leave a label and a telephone number to call to re-arrange collection. Please make sure your completed order form is in the parcel and your own name is shown as the sender on the outside of the parcel. Please note if you request the service today the earliest collection will be the next working day. Your covers should be packed into one carton. We can collect from your home address or any other address for your convenience. Your parcel will be delivered to us within 24 hours and we will let you know it has arrived. If you cannot find a suitable carton you may wish to use Parcel Force who will accept well secured taped up plastic packaging.

Getting your parcel back: Our normal service is overnight next day but with no time guarantee. Our premium service is overnight with delivery before 12am. This costs an extra £6 but may be useful for you. If you have a work or business address we can deliver to this can be arranged too.

Using alternative delivery methods to send your covers to us:

Parcel Force offer a 48 hour service with a "trackable" facility and you can book this online or by telephone. Parcel Force will collect from you at home or from another address. Their website is www.parcelforce.com Your computer needs to allow "pop-ups" for this site. You will need to know the weight of the parcel and the dimensions. You do not have to use a box. You can send as a well wrapped package. Please put your name on the outside of the package and remember to include the order form and shade required inside the package. If you are prepared to take your parcel to the Post Office it will be a bit cheaper to send it than using Parcel Force. However it is not a "trackable" system. Of course if it is convenient for you to deliver in person then we will be very happy to meet you.
