If you buy any garment from us and are not satisfied with it in any way you can return it for a refund without any quibble from us.

 

The longer version:-

 

This guarantee should go without saying on a mail order basis but I know how often the product you receive does not seem as good as the picture. I buy things this way too and know how disappointing it can be sometimes.

 

We have been making garments of the highest quality for many years for ourselves and other designers and I am sure you will find that our garments are even better than the pictures. The fabric is very well knitted and the pieces beautifully crafted and soft to the touch. These are not throwaway items after a brief time. You can wash our cotton sweaters and tumble dry them and they will never shrink. I do mean never. Guaranteed! They will become firm favourites and you may have to leave them to your best friend in your will.

 

We design and make them here and dye them in our own dyehouse and deliver them directly to you. We have full control of all the manufacturing processes that affect the quality. Please be assured our quality is of the highest standard and without compromise.
